Starting off this series with…
Mumbai based Indian wedding a ethnic wear designer, Shruti Bhandari
Let me just start by saying that we have done a number of collaborations on LookingGoodFeelingFab, however playing with Indian ethnic wear has a charm of its own.
This time of the year is a time for celebrations and festivities in India, it also is a time for inner reflection, new beginnings and positivity keeping this in mind Shruti Bhandari’s collection consists of ravishing ethnic outfits, and the colour palette ranges from deep shades of blue to subtle shades of pristine white.
I loved this anarkali in bright and happy colours, it set the mood for the festivities that lie ahead. I have a weakness for flair and find myself craving it from time to time, this anarkali quenched the craving and how…the immense volume of the stunning piece made me feel feminine and pretty. What impressed me the most though was the attention to all the tiniest of details and the finishing..I could have worn it inside out and still felt as good.
So if you are on the look out for that perfect Wedding Sari or that Mehendi Anarkali, a Diwali gift, something to brighten those long nights of garba twirling or if you are just looking for Indian ethnic wear to feel pretty in, Shruti Bhandari might be the Indian designer for you.
You can find Shruti Bhandari’s Indian ethnic wear on IndianRoots.com or at her store in Mumbai,
10 C Rizvi Mahal, Waterfield Road, Bandra West Mumbai.
